Main advantages:

2, adaptable: size range of 260mm x 160mm, two pieces of material need to spray adhesive laminating process can be applied. Can also be used individually on the surface of the material spray adhesive. Water-based glue, oil-based glue, white glue, Amaryllis glue are applicable to this equipment. For the current leather industry process improvement, the previous surface spray glue by TPU film instead of film, we have additional equipment for TPU film function (heat bonding).

3、Programme control, easy to operate, using professional spray glue motion controller control, spray glue path and motion speed can be edited and saved at will. The material path can also be edited on the computer and then imported and saved through the USB interface on the teach pendant. The equipment can also save 999 path files, which is convenient for future product turn-over order production.

4, the material position of the whole material: the bin has two material positions before and after, each material position has two shoot material of the edge, the material in the bin through the organisation to ensure that the positioning accuracy, so as to ensure that the relative position of the two materials is accurate, in order to ensure the quality of the product.

2、The adaptability is in the range of 260mm x 160mm,and both materials are suitable for spray bonding process .It can also be used separately to spray glue on the surface of the material .Water -borne glue ,oily glue ,white glue are all suitable for this equipment .In view of the technological improvement in the leather industry,the former surface spray was replaced by TPU film .We also added the function (heating bonding) which is suitable for TPU film on the equipment .

3、Program control ,easy to operate :Control with professional spray motion controller,spray path and speed can bi edited and saved at will .The material path can also be edited on the computer and saved through the USB interface on the instructor .The equipment  can save 999 path files for future production.

4、Material level finishing there are two front and back material levels in the silo ,and each material level has two bezels of the eat material.The material in the silo is arranged through this mechanism to ensure the positioning accuracy,so that the relative position of the two pieces of material can be quaranteed to be accurate .To ensure the quality of the product.
