JL—M004 Auto riveting machine for automobile clutch

MAIN  PURPOS：It is used for riveting of automobile clutch.

WORKING AREA: Riveting range:130-300mm
                               Riveting outer diameter range:160-330mm

PRODUCT FATURE：
1、With rivet sorting and arranging automatic feeding function ,and single side blanking to realize single point riveting.

2、Product replacement ,need to replace the whole indexing fixture ,upper punch module rivet  feeder ,the changeover time less than 20 minutes.

3、The equipment has the function of  counting and overloading protection,.

4、The pressure sensor is used to cantrol the size of riveing force of the gasliquid pressurized cylinder ,and the riveting force can be adjusted according to the requirements of the product.

5、 The size of pre pressure is realized by adjusting the compression of the spring in the tooling.

6、Using the servo motor to control the rotatinon angle of the tooling, the precision grade is +/-1.

7、The equipment is controlled by PLC programmable logic controlledr ,and the set program can be saved , The program needs to include a single point riveting program,

8、It has the funcion of  cutting the rivet,When the rivet  is missing ,the machine is shutdown and the manual feed is automatically operated.
